Located on over 100 acres between Pendleton, Indiana and Anderson, Indiana, just minutes from Indianapolis, Indy Scream Park is a Halloween horror park event like no other.
WARNING: You are entering this facility at your own risk. Known hazards include dark passages, uneven terrain, steep terrain, sudden/startling scares, falling props and other hidden hazards that may cause injury, death or other physical or mental harm. By entering this facility, you acknowledge you have been thoroughly informed of the risks and release INDY SCREAM PARK from any claims for any physical or mental harm that may come upon you and your group.
WARNING: Fog machines and strobe lights are in use. We do not recommend our facility for those who are pregnant, in poor health or who have heart conditions. We do not recommend our facility for those under 13 years old. We reserve the right to check the contents of all bags and purses prior to entry.
RULES: No smoking inside queue lines or attractions. No photography or video inside attractions. No running. No touching props or monsters. No costumes, face paint or masks allowed.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOTAPING IN PROGRESS: By entering our facility you understand that you may be photographed, filmed or videotaped and you hereby give Indy Scream Park the unqualified right to take pictures and/or recordings of you and grant the perpetual right to use your likeness, image, photo (collectively, “image”), without compensation, for broadcast or exhibition in any medium and to put the finished pictures/recordings to any legitimate use without limitation or reservation. You hereby waive, release and forever discharge Indy Scream Park from and against any and all claims or actions arising out of or resulting from any use of your image. Indy Scream Park shall not be obligated to use, and may elect not to use, your image.
WARNING: Under Indiana law, an agritourism provider is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in agritourism activities at this location if the death or injury results from the inherent risks of agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death, or for other participants to act in a manner that may cause you injury or cause your death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
